BioIn brief, I’d describe myself as an authentic person who’s intellectual, silly, easily approachable, articulate, and adventurous.
I'm genuine and empathetic, and I value learning, personal growth, and silliness. I can be quite witty and entertaining at times, as well as occasionally kind of dorky, which I may try to pass off as charming if you're into that sort of thing.
I’m usually a very communicative person. I’m fairly forthright about expressing my thoughts and feelings, I’m good with compliments, and I have a weakness for semicolons (and words in general!). I love to talk, and I love to listen. I’m a writer.
I’m fairly independent, but I am also quite caring, loyal, and devoted to people I care for.
I’m often game for an adventure, but at the same time it doesn’t usually take much to keep me entertained, and a good conversation about, say, psychology, politics, philosophy, good storytelling, art, or just a whole lot of nonsense is enough for me.
Politically, I’m progressive, by which I mean that I think compassion for others and social justice are the cornerstones of a healthy society. I am a skeptic — that is to say, it’s important to me to believe in things for reasons.
I’m imaginative, a bit geeky, a bit hedonistic, unconventional, creative, and motivated primarily by people, words, ideas, and relationships.
